And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ
Ephesians 4:11–13 (ESV)
Every disciple is commissioned to help others follow Jesus and obey all that He has commanded. Through gifted pastors and teachers, Tri-Cities provides training and resources that equip disciples to become disciple makers in their homes and every aspect of life.
Tri-Cities honors the family as the foundational institution of human society and primary setting for discipleship of the next generation.
We equip, resource, and partner with families for gospel advancement and spiritual growth. Our Family Team offers groups for every member of the family from birth through high school and the Family Discipleship Plan as a strategic resource for both the church and the home. It is the pursuit of the family at home and the family of faith to make disciples together.
Tri-Cities provides groups that every member can connect and pursue mutual edification with other believers. Our group opportunities are suited to various growth stages and “next steps” of discipleship, all for the purpose of being equipped and sent as a disciple maker that helps others to follow Jesus.
Go Groups provide an array of discipleship aims. Some meet on campus and others are informal, meeting in homes or at a coffee shop or workplace. New connected Go Groups start every month, and most meet for 6-8 sessions. Members may be part of several Go Groups.
EQUIP is a weekly gathering Wednesdays at 6:30pm that helps disciple makers take their next step. EQUIP is structured around table leaders who serve as coaches and mentors for those wanting to grow as disciple makers. Registration is not necessary.
The Discipleship Blueprint is TCBC’s strategy for equipping disciples to become disciple makers, helping others take their next step of growth toward Christlikeness.
