Go Groups are a group of disciples of Jesus led by a disciple-maker with an intentional plan to take a next step of growth toward Christlikeness through consistent investment.
We desire every member of our church to be in a discipling relationship where you are being helped to grow in Christlikeness and to lead a discipling relationship where you are helping someone else to grow. At TCBC, we call these discipling relationships Go Groups. Each Go Group pursues one of three aims:
- Study – devoted to biblical truth and doctrine
- Fellowship – taking the truth of the Word into our relationships
- Serve – living out the truths of Scripture in serving others

Fellowship
A Go Fellowship Group’s primary focus is spiritual growth and discipleship through intentional and consistent abiding pursuit of Jesus. Fellowship Groups are long-term and holistic, meeting consistently for a 6-12 month period to help one another take next steps of obedience through regular accountability, encouragement, and vulnerability.

Serve
A Go Serve Group’s primary focus is spiritual growth and discipleship through gospel-centered service. Serve Groups are mid-term and practice-oriented in their pursuit, pursuing clear next steps of growth while regularly serving a specific ministry or people within a 2-6 month timeframe.
