Neighbors & Nations: plant churches
weeks of november 16 & 23, 2025
Neighbors & Nations is a semi-annual emphasis designed to equip and mobilize TCBC for gospel advancement beginning next door and reaching around the world. We will be challenged to Pray diligently, Give generously, and Go faithfully to Plant Churches among our neighbors and the nations!
Our emphasis for this Neighbors & Nations is our Go Pursuit of Plant Churches.
We Plant Churches by sending, resourcing, and partnering with disciples and churches for the purpose of proclaiming and expanding the reach of the gospel. We often work alongside other local churches to strengthen and multiply their gospel witness in their community. Sometimes we aim to increase the presence of healthy churches where there are few. At times we work to help start a church in a community with no current access to a healthy church.
God has entrusted the task of protecting and advancing the gospel to the church. Faithful churches will disciple its members to be saturated in the gospel, informed by a devotion and submission to God’s Word. Healthy, reproducing churches teach God’s Word to others and bear witness to the gospel of Jesus in the world.
