BIG TRUTH:
THE LAW OF THE LORD IS PERFECT
Psalm 19:7
The law of the LORD is perfect, reviving the soul…
Psalm 1:2-3
but [the blessed man’s] delight is in the law of the LORD, and on his law he meditates day and night. [3] He is like a tree planted by streams of water that yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither. In all that he does, he prospers.
Psalm 119:9
How can a young man keep his way pure? By guarding it according to your word.
Psalm 119:105
Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light to my path.
Psalm 119:111-112
Your testimonies are my heritage forever, for they are the joy of my heart. I incline my heart to perform your statutes forever, to the end.
Matthew 5:17
“Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.”
2 Timothy 3:14-17
But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have firmly believed, knowing from whom you learned it [15] and how from childhood you have been acquainted with the sacred writings, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. [16] All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, [17] that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.

- If someone were to write a song about the things you value most, what would it be about?
- What does the evidence of your life reveal that you believe about God’s Word?
- Why is God’s Word so valuable?
