Mike Laughrun has served as Lead Pastor at Tri-Cities Baptist Church since January of 2011. He and his wife Jennifer have been married since 1995 and have five children: Josh, Joseph, Olivia, Mya, Maleah.
Dr. Paul Mermilliod

Pastor Paul has been a part of the Tri-Cities family for nearly all his life and now serves as Leadership Pastor. He and Katie have been married since 2006 and have four children: Jack, Evie, Camden, and Tripp.

David Brewer has served as an Elder of Tri-Cities Baptist Church Since 2009. He is married to his wife Lynda and they have four children; Abigail, Philip, Leah, and Elizabeth.

Daniel Broyles has served as the Leadership Pastor and Elder at Tri-Cities Baptist Church since 2012. He is married to his wife Amy and they have a daughter named Lena.
Jeremy Bledsoe

Jeremy and Aerial have been married since 2005 and have served at Tri-Cities since 2010. They have four children: Camille, Clayton, Chandler, and Carson.
Gene Mermilliod

Gene Mermilliod serves as the Stewardship Pastor and Elder of Tri-Cities Baptist Church and has served on staff since 1990. He is married to his wife Gayle and they have six children (Paul, Josh, Joel, Cara, Peter, Daniel).
Austin Whittington
Kids Pastor
Austin Whittington serves on staff as our Kids Pastor. He and his family moved to Tri-Cities from Collierville, TN in spring 2016. Originally from Jackson, MS, Austin graduated from Mississippi College and has a Master of Christian Education from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary in Memphis, TN. He and his wife, Amy, have been married since 2007 and have two very energetic boys: Tyler and Jackson.

Brandon Van Huss
Preteen Pastor
Brandon VanHuss serves as our Preteen Pastor. He and his family live in Mount Carmel, TN and have been at TCBC since 2006. Brandon graduated from Mountain Empire Community college with a degree in Respiratory Therapy and completed the Tri-Cities Leadership Training Program in 2018. He and his wife, Penny, have been married since 2001 and have two daughters Emma and Sarah.
Wes Tucker
Connections Pastor
Wes Tucker serves on staff as our Connections Pastor. He served in various leadership roles for six years at TCBC before coming on staff in the fall of 2013. He earned a Master of Arts in Church Ministries degree through The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary while participating in Cohort 1 of the Tri-Cities Leadership Training Program. Wes and his wife Jennifer have four children: Cameron, Grayson, Hayden, and Caroline.
