As Easter approaches and we focus on Sending Disciples, be mindful of the opportunities in front of you to proclaim the gospel this week. Today I received the following text, “I used your my-favorite-holiday-is-Easter line. Probably the easiest time I’ve ever had getting into a gospel conversation.” It’s true, Easter week is a great opportunity to make known the good news of Jesus. Go, make disciples!
Easter is also a great opportunity to invite a friend to gather with your church family for worship. Easter is a celebration of death to life. Ask a friend to celebrate with you this Easter. TCBC services are on Sunday at 9:30am and 11:00am.
Pray for our neighbors and the nations this Easter week.
- Pray that we would be burdened for the name of Jesus to be exalted by every tongue and tribe.
- Pray that God would give us the words to faithfully proclaim the gospel of Jesus.
- Pray that God would give us the boldness to speak the truth in love.
- Pray that we glorify Jesus through the worship of our lives.
